I found myself in the world of real estate quite unexpectedly. It all began in late 2017 when my wife and I decided to purchase a duplex, opting to live in one unit and rent out the other—a strategy known as “house hacking.”
During our honeymoon in Hawaii the following year, we felt inspired to expand our portfolio, leading us to invest in two more rental properties. By the end of 2018, we had acquired four rental properties and successfully completed a flip. Today, I own over 20+ units, have undertaken several flips, and I’m currently involved in new construction projects.
Reflecting on Albert Einstein’s wisdom that “education is what remains after one has forgotten what one has learned in school,” my academic journey was not conventional. Despite a modest high school performance with a 2.7 GPA and an SAT score below 1000, I somehow managed to graduate from Penn State within four years with a GPA exceeding 3.0. However, academia never defined my path; I always knew I was destined to be an entrepreneur.
My journey into real estate as a career has been a natural progression of my entrepreneurial spirit.
Armed with over a decade of sales experience, I’ve navigated the buying and selling of my own properties while embracing a continuous learning mindset. In the dynamic world of real estate, success hinges on service, and I am committed to delivering authentic value to my clients with every transaction.
