My wife and I bought a duplex in late 2017. We lived in one unit and rented out the other. That first purchase led to more rental properties, flips, and new construction projects. Eventually, I began helping other people buy and sell. I work with Real Broker LLC across Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, and Delaware counties and Philadelphia. When we look at a property together, I bring the experience of someone who has had to make the numbers work, pay for repairs, and live with the decisions.
