Bought our first home with John and the experience was excellent. Buying remotely before a move is challenging but John always made time to communicate over text, phone or facetime. He also supported us through the whole process even with a last minute change of lender (previous BMO lender was bad) and after purchase when there were things that weren't fixed by the seller's team. He negotiates well and got us everything we wanted. Would highly recommend John to those looking to buy in Philly and those who want a realtor with experience with the Physician Loan.
